What it's best for
Suited to most North American hunting — whitetail, hogs and similar game at woods and field distances, typically inside 300 yards — where a wide field of view matters more than high magnification.
The compact 32mm objective keeps weight down and lets the scope sit low on the rifle.
As a second focal plane scope, the reticle stays the same size as you zoom, which keeps it easy to see at low power; holdover marks are only exact at one magnification (usually the highest).
